Practice Announcement

Next Wednesday at 5:45 PM until 6:45 PM, I plan to host my first ever yoga gathering. Intent is relaxation and stretching. It is free and open to other interested parties. A few of my neighbors expressed interest as well. There will be music and beer. Do any of my yogi friends have a template they will share with me that limits liability and says something along the lines of everyone is at their own risk to do or not to do poses. i am not a teacher (yet). I probably won’t be able to take the 13 levels of Iyengar Yoga National Association of U.S. – training with 1.5 years of studying between levels. However, I do plan to take the 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified training that is prerequisite for the Asheville Yoga Center advanced training that may be a couple of years away along with thousands of dollars. Nonetheless, I am willing to gather to do yoga as opposed to teaching a class. The time is now. Namaste.
